Description
The Chief Shepherd has entrusted His under-shepherds with real authority over the people of God, but it’s not absolute authority. Jesus did not establish tyranny in His Church. All power grabs, whether by an individual or an elder board, are more worldly than Christian. Christ-like leaders are humble, sacrificial, edifying men who lead by example.
