Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is New Covenant Theology?
NCT is a biblical framework that sees Jesus and His kingdom as the fulfillment and goal of the entire Old Testament, including the Mosaic Law. Believers live under the New Covenant — the Law of Christ — not the Law of Moses. Learn more about New Covenant Theology here.
Where can I find a church near me that holds to NCT?
Visit the NCT Church Finder page. If you would like to add your church, click here.
Where are the John Reisinger resources?
John G. Reisinger was a renowned evangelist, author, and teacher of the Word of God for over five decades. He is best known for popularizing New Covenant Theology through books, the John Bunyan Conferences, and the Sound of Grace newsletter. Before his passing, John entrusted his resources to Cross to Crown Ministries. In February 2026, stewardship was transferred to A. Blake White, a former protege of John's. Please contact Blake for any questions about JGR's resources. Audio recordings from the John Bunyan Conferences (1985–2014) are available to stream and download here.
What happened to New Covenant School of Theology (NCST)?
You may hear some folks talk about NCST here and there. It's no longer active. Watch this short video to find out why we transitioned to daily livestreams.
What does "intentionally Christ-obsessed in all things" mean?
Our tagline is carefully articulated. We believe every Christian should be preoccupied with giving the Lord Jesus first place in every aspect of his or her life. This doesn't happen accidentally — it's the fruit of purposeful living and thinking about exalting Jesus. Read Doug's book Exalted to learn more.
How do I give to Cross to Crown?
Visit the Partners page and choose a monthly giving tier starting at $25/month. Partners receive access to the NCST course video archives and regular Zoom discussions with Doug.
Is the podcast the same as the livestream?
Yes — the audio from each livestream is published as a podcast episode shortly after it airs. You can subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and many other platforms.
Is Cross to Crown Ministries a 501(c)(3)?
Yes. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Contact us if you need the EIN.
